Welcome to Kika Cloud Solutions. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our cloud infrastructure, software development, and SaaS solutions provided by HONG KONG KIKA TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("Kika Cloud," "we," "us," or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Service Description
Kika Cloud provides the following services:
- Cloud Services: Multi-cloud management and orchestration across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Huawei Cloud, and Tencent Cloud platforms
- Software Development: Custom software solutions including CDN platforms, enterprise management systems, and mobile applications
- SaaS Solutions: Proprietary software-as-a-service products designed to streamline workflows and boost productivity
3. User Obligations and Compliance
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services
- Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our services
- Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services
4. Data Security and Privacy Protection
We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. Our data protection practices include:
- Implementation of industry-standard security measures to protect your data
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Regular security audits and compliance assessments
- Adherence to applicable data protection regulations including GDPR where applicable

5. Intellectual Property and Licensing
All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, documentation, and proprietary technologies, remain the exclusive property of Kika Cloud or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of your data and content. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.
6. Fees, Payment, and Refund Policy
Service fees are based on the specific services contracted and will be outlined in your service agreement. Payment terms include:
- Fees are due according to the payment schedule specified in your service agreement
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
- We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing to Bella@kika.buzz.
7. Service Limitations and Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service operation
- Complete security against all potential threats
- Compatibility with all third-party systems or software
- Recovery of data lost due to circumstances beyond our control
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Service Level Agreements
Specific service level commitments, including uptime guarantees and response times, are detailed in separate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) provided with your service contract.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms or non-payment of fees.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiations between the parties
- If negotiations fail, binding arbitration in Hong Kong under the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) rules
- The arbitration shall be conducted in English
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
